is "a weekly dialogue window that addresses Gulf affairs at various levels through discussion and analysis in an attempt to strengthen the commonalities between the people of the Gulf and raise thorny questions about its reality and the relations of its countries."

The goal was to add depth to the animation, which involved extensive trial and error along with various animation techniques, to make it both possible and believable while staying true to the simplicity of the design.
